Management Team

JACK MCHUGH

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Holds Diploma’s in Civil Engineering and Accountancy. He has 30 years experience in both main contracting and façade delivery with international experience in Africa, Europe and the UK.

RORY O'SULLIVAN

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

MBA graduate Rory joined Alucraft in 1980.  Having occupied various roles within the organisation, Rory became Financial Director in 2002, a position he still holds today.

SHANE HALL

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR 

Shane joined Alucraft in 1998 as a Façade Designer on graduating from Bolton St DIT. A qualified structural engineer and project manager combined with 17 years’ experience in the facade industry Shane has helped Alucraft grow from strength to strength.

COLMAN MURPHY

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR

Colman joined Alucraft in 2011, having previously been employed for over 15 years in the façade industry. Colman has a track record of successfully delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.  An excellent communicator with the ability to build, lead and motivate multi-discipline teams  to ensure projects are delivered to the quality expected within Alucraft.  

PAUL LAHIFF

COMMERCIAL MANAGER 

Paul joined Alucraft in October 2013  with over 30 years’ experience in the façade industry with particular emphasis on supply chain and strategy and change management. Paul is well known in the industry and holds a Masters Degree  in Strategic Procurement obtained at D.C.U.

WILLIAM O'NEILL

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

William joined Alucraft in December 2014 and brings with him  over 30 years’ experience in the architectural aluminium systems and façade industry.  He holds an Master’s Degree in Façade Engineering from the University of Bath, a Diploma in Project Management and is a Member of the Society of Façade Engineering (CIBSE).

GRAEME GIBSON

MANAGING DIRECTOR, ALUCRAFT SYSTEMS UK 

Graeme joined Alucraft Systems Ltd in October 2014, having been previously employed for over 20 years in the role of Managing Director, with one of the leading façade Contractors in the North of England.  A qualified Accountant, Graeme brings considerable knowledge and experience to the UK operation.

DARRAGH COLEMAN

SALES MANAGER WILLIAAM COX

With responsibility for the Sales and Management of Williaam Cox Darragh has over 10 years’ experience in both the Glazing and Plastics Industry. With a Degree in Materials and Engineering from the University of Limerick, Darragh joined Williaam Cox shortly after it became part of the Alucraft Group and has formed a strong team of experienced and qualified personnel. 

GRAHAM CUSTERSON

GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

As Group Financial Controller Graham is a progressive finance professional, having a BSc.(Hons) from Durham University and qualified as a Fellow with ACCA. Prior to working with Alucraft Graham gained experience with Williaam Cox, Uniphar and Aer Lingus. Graham has successfully delivered projects in ERP migration, implementation and integration.
